Peter Herald was a Trustee and volunteer to Chellington. He supported Chellington with his wisdom and kindness, his engineering skills, and practical help were incredible. He was crucial in Chellington's existence from the days of adhoc camping in the Chuch, when groups would pick up a key from the village shop, through the renovation in 2005, to the installment of air-source heat pumps and the triumph of gaining planning permission for the new building.
Every step, Peter helped with a smile, a laugh, and a date & initial in the top right hand corner of every document! He will be truly missed.
