School residential bookings at The Chellington Centre can be made for the current academic year and the two following academic years. The Centre does get booked up very quickly, particularly for summer term slots, so please check our live availability calendar or call The Chellington Centre office on 01234 720724 to check for available dates and relevant pricing. If you do wish to make a booking the office staff will happily take a provisional booking over the telephone.
All provisional bookings must be confirmed with a 20% non-refundable deposit payable by BACS (cheques payable to The Chellington Centre).
Eight weeks before your visit an invoice will be issued for the final balance. At this stage, we will also invite teachers to a planning visit at which they can tour the site, discuss administrative arrangements and plan a suitable programme.
EXTRAS
All guests have use of a pillow and pillow-slip.
You may click in the ‘Extras’ area to add such things as ‘Bed Linen’ and’ Media’ Pack to support your group booking, all subject to availability.
Extra overnight guests may be added as extras on the booking calendar and are charged at £15 per person per night. Outside we have some camping pitches available, but please contact us for more information.
